These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and rbaiee (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") with respect to your use of the rbaiee website located at rbaiee.net and any associated applications, services, products, tools and content made available by rbaiee (collectively, the "Services").
These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and apply to all players accessing rbaiee from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction where access to online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. rbaiee will process all submitted documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rbaiee login credentials, including your username and password. rbaiee strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional protection.
You must not share your account credentials with any third party, nor permit any other person to access or use your account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. rbaiee will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access was made possible by your negligent handling of login credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised, accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been lost or stolen, you must notify rbaiee immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. rbaiee will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receipt of such a notification.
All deposits to your rbaiee account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. rbaiee accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa and Mastercard. All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by rbaiee, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your rbaiee account within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
rbaiee does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. You should consult your payment provider's terms and fee schedule before initiating a deposit.
rbaiee reserves the right to decline, reverse or hold any deposit that is suspected of being made using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party funds. Any funds credited to an rbaiee account as a result of erroneous payment processing will be reclaimed by rbaiee upon identification of the error.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. rbaiee does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times are as follows:
Before a withdrawal can be approved, your account must have passed full KYC verification. If your account has not yet been verified, rbaiee will request the necessary documents and the withdrawal will be held pending satisfactory verification.
Any bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and fully wagered bonus conversions are eligible for withdrawal. rbaiee reserves the right to impose a one-week review period on withdrawals that exceed ৳50,000 as part of standard fraud prevention procedures.
rbaiee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each bonus is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus's terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rbaiee platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. rbaiee collects, processes and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
rbaiee uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and communicate with you regarding your account and applicable promotions. rbaiee does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
All data transmitted between your device and the rbaiee platform is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. rbaiee maintains comprehensive internal data security protocols to protect stored personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
rbaiee reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. Where changes are material, rbaiee will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or by posting a notification on the platform. Non-material changes (such as typographic corrections or clarifications that do not affect player rights) may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the rbaiee platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform immediately and, if applicable, close your account by contacting [email protected].
The version of the Terms in force at the time a dispute arises shall govern the resolution of that dispute, unless the amended version expressly states otherwise.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. rbaiee operates as a digital platform serving the Bangladesh market, and these Terms are intended to comply with all applicable Bangladeshi statutes and regulations in force at the time of their publication.
In the event of a dispute between you and rbaiee, we encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. rbaiee aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures to be notified to the player in writing at the time of referral. The language of all dispute resolution proceedings shall be English.
